Week of Sept. 1

The fifth grade did a "fly by" lesson on the Wampanoag Tribe, who were living on the east coast before the Vikings came in 1000. We shared Three Sisters Stew and homemade sourdough while we considered the lives of Native Americans. Ask your child what the three sisters were and why they were so important.

Latin with 4th, 5th, and 6th is going very well! Hopefully your child has spoken Latin with you. Our immersive and interactive curriculum allows students to speak from Day 1. Your child is writing a dialogue in Latin over the weekend. Please help your child practice by doing one part of the dialogue. Now you are learning Latin as well!
