Week of Dec. 1

Hi 3rd Grade Families!

The highlight of this week was using our knowledge of Ancient Egypt and math to build pyramids out of sugar cubes. Students quickly discovered how challenging it can be! It really put it into perspective for them in understanding what a difficult job it was for the Egyptians. They must have shown a lot of grit and perseverance to build them!

This is part of the importance of studying history. We learn so much from the people who have gone before us.
