Museum Field Trip!
Hi 3rd Grade Families!
Our field trip today was a huge success! The students got to explore so many exhibits about mammals and ancient people. I love to watch them make connections between our learning in class and the artifacts they see. It makes their learning so much richer! One of the highlights was the archeological dig exhibit. Students got to see and imagine what it would be like to be an archaeologist. We have been discussing ancient artifacts in history, so it was extremely helpful for these students to be able to experience a dig for themselves. They were also incredibly respectful and well behaved throughout our visit. This did not go unnoticed by the museum worker! She specifically thanked the students for their behavior and mentioned to me how much they love to have students from Telos visit. Our students are shining the light of Jesus!
