Math Games!
Hi 3rd Grade Families!
One thing we incorporate almost daily in our math lessons is games! These reinforce learning in a way that truly engages students and helps them practice different skills. They have so much fun playing them that they rarely realize how hard they are working! The students often ask me when they get to play the math game for the day. It not only develops their mathematical ability, it also helps them learn how to work well with others, how to cheer each other on, and how to win or lose with grace and humility. I'm so thankful these students love playing these math games and are growing through them.
Thank you to everyone for making time in your busy schedules to attend a parent conference! I hope you enjoyed seeing all your student has accomplished so far this year.
