Delicious Moon Phases!
What better way to learn about the phases of the moon than with cream filled cookies?
The students created a model of the month-long moon phase using chocolate cream filled cookies. There was a little bit of cookie eating along the way, as well. Caroline noticed that very night that our moon was in its "new" phase. Way to go, Caroline!
In History, the assignment was given for students to create their own castle, incorporating features that we have learned about. Harper did an outstanding job creating her own castle for our History project! She showed several defensive measures that would have been in a castle, as well as detailing a throne room. Awesome job, Harper!
