We are THANKFUL!
November is all about being thankful! We started our Thankful Chain and are sharing something we’re grateful for each day. In Biblical Studies, we talked about having a grateful heart like Jesus. We read about the ten lepers and how only one came back to say thank you!
We also learned about fortitude and read The Tortoise and the Hare. We drew our own tortoises and recited, “Fortitude is sticking tight, doing hard things with God’s might.”
In Science, we learned about floods. In Geography, we visited Florida and practiced our memory song. Math was full of fun games to help us get faster with our facts, and in Grammar, we focused on pronouns. We’re loving Frog and Toad Are Friends and learning some big new words along the way!
