Our Faculty

At Telos, educators never stop learning. Staff undergo training before and throughout the year, receive formal reviews twice annually, and work with the Head of School to build individualized Professional Development Plans with goals that stretch one to five years. We believe great teaching is a craft — one that is always being refined through practice, training, and conference learning.
