The Fezziwig Ball was a highlight of the season!

Students arrived dressed to the nines, clearly excited and ready to celebrate. Enthusiasm was as high for dancing as for dressing up. The barn once again proved its versatility, transforming from an archery range into a lively dance floor. The evening was joyful, energetic, and memorable, capturing the spirit of Dickens’ Fezziwig perfectly with only a little modern twist of rap music. Saul Bellow said it was incredible that Dickens lived in the same world as rap music—I laughed thinking about that quip Saturday night watching our modern-become-Dickensian scholars get down to the 67 song.
