Discounts
Multiple Student Discount
Families with more than one student enrolled full time are eligible for the following discounts:

Two students enrolled receive a $500 total discount off tuition for that family. Three students receive $1,250 total discount off tuition for that family. Four or more students receive $2,250 total discount off for that family.
Full Time Ministry Discount
Families that have a parent or guardian working full time in ministry are eligible for a discount off tuition. Please email smurray@telosclassicalacademy.org if this applies to your family. Families using this discount are required to apply for the Utah Fits All Scholarship as applicable.
Tuition Refund Policy
​​Upon enrollment, families are responsible for payment of the application fee, materials fee, and a $500 tuition deposit. These fees are non-refundable.

Tuition refunds and obligations are governed by the following schedule:

Prior to July 1
If a student's enrollment is withdrawn by written notice to the Head of School prior to July 1, families will not be responsible for for the remaining tuition balance. Tuition paid will be refunded if requested in writing before July 1, excluding the non-refundable $500 tuition deposit.
​Between July 1 and August 15
Tuition is paid on July 1. If a student's enrollment is withdrawn and a refund request is made by written notice to the Head of School between July 1 and August 15, tuition liability shall be 50% of the total annual tuition.
After August 15
100% of annual tuition is due and no refund is applicable.

Utah Fits All (UFA) Scholarship Students
If a UFA scholarship student withdraws and the school's refund policy provides for a tuition refund, Telos will remit any applicable refund directly to the UFA program manager for deposit back into the student's scholarship account, in accordance with the Telos's refund policies above.

Financial Aid
Families can apply for financial aid through FACTS as part of the admissions application and enrollment process.
​
FACTS does not determine how much aid to offer, but instead provides a need-based financial aid analysis which includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition. All information from FACTS is kept confidential.
​
There is a $40 financial aid application fee per family.

After you complete the application, you'll be asked to upload your most recent tax return and your W2s.

Apply for the Utah Fits All Scholarship. While applying for the UFA Scholarship is a pre-requisite for applying for financial aid, you are still eligible for for financial aid if you are not awarded a UFA Scholarship.
