Mrs. Zuperku grew up in the Midwest and spent most of her younger years riding horses. She attended the University of Illinois in Champaign, IL where she received a BA in mathematics with a minor in secondary education. Upon graduating, she relocated to the Chicago suburbs where she taught various level of high school math for 15 years. During this time, she met and married her husband and started their family. She also earned a Masters in Educational Leadership from Concordia University.

After the birth of their 3rd child, Mrs. Zuperku stepped away from the classroom to focus on being a mom. The family moved from Chicago to Monterey, CA and then to Park City in 2022. Now a mother of five children, Lauren spends most of her time shuttling the family to all their various activities. They love pursuing the outdoor life that Utah offers by camping during the summers and skiing during the winters.
Mrs. Zuperku's older children have attended Telos for the past four years, and she was excited when this year offered her a small opportunity to be there with them as an upper school math teacher. She loves teaching students to appreciate the beauty and complexity of mathematics and is thrilled to be a member of the Telos staff.
