Week of March 23

Spring has sprung and, with it, an abundance of creativity is happening in 4th grade. We switched things up in Spelling one day by playing a new game. The students rolled "Story Dice" (a set of dice with random pictures on each side) and then had to make up a story using Spelling words and the dice pictures...on the spot! They were crazy, ridiculous stories, but a fun way to practice words.

Harper also set the bar sky high with her Timeline report presentation. She reported on the Berlin Wall and created a diorama with scenes from what life would have been like in West Berlin vs. East Berlin (see picture attached). It was a great example of the amazing creativity our students are capable of!
