Celebrating, Learning, and Creating in First Grade
Thank you again to all the students and parents for the thoughtful birthday surprises, treats, notes, and gifts. I truly appreciate your kindness, generosity, and support.
After the celebrations, we worked very hard all week long! We spent time reviewing our phonics skills, practicing our writing, telling time, counting money, and learning more about fractions.
We also enjoyed creating Mother’s Day crafts and writing heartfelt letters for the special moms in our lives. It was wonderful to see how much love and care went into each project. Moms are certainly very loved in our classroom, and dads too!
